A brand new face joins February’s top games leaderboard. Hogwarts Legacy quickly became one of the most watched and most talked about games in live streaming this February. Before the official release on February 10th, those who were granted early access to the game started streaming on February 6th. On February 7th, Hogwarts Legacy broke the record for highest peak viewership all-time on Twitch for a single-player game with 1.3M peak viewers. Hogwarts Legacy finished February with 90M hours watched.
January
Escape from Tarkov has had a resurgence in popularity in 2023. Tarkov ranked #3 among all games in January generating 120M hours watched. This spike in popularity can be attributed to a major update that allowed more players to compete against each other and introduced a much larger map than before.
